PT ODG Indonesia in Jakarta leads HR and Corporate Affairs, handling recruitment, licensing, compliance, legal administration, and government relations to ensure project and business activities align with regulations and internal policies.
The role covers end-to-end recruitment, licensing management, and coordination with external authorities and legal counsel, along with developing HR and HSE programs. Strong English skills and a minimum of five years in related roles are required.
Support and execute Human Resources and Corporate Affairs activities, including recruitment, company licensing and regulatory compliance, legal and contract administration, government and external stakeholder relations, and the development and implementation of HR/HSE programs, ensuring company operations comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, particularly for mass recruitment, new projects, and urgent manpower requirements.
Maintain and ensure the validity and up-to-date status of company licenses, permits, registrations, and regulatory documents.
Monitor and manage licensing and regulatory requirements through OSS and other relevant government systems.
Identify applicable licensing and regulatory requirements for company business activities and projects.
Coordinate with government authorities, local authorities, external consultants, and other relevant stakeholders on licensing, permits, and regulatory matters.
Review and provide initial administrative and operational input on contracts, agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MOU), lease/rental agreements, and other legal documents.
Maintain proper records of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Handle and coordinate employee relations, complaints, and industrial relations matters in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Coordinate with external legal counsel/lawyers on employment-related disputes and legal matters, including supporting negotiation and resolution strategies with employees or their representatives.
Develop, coordinate, and support the implementation of HR and HSE programs, policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, corporate affairs, licensing, compliance, legal administration, or a similar role.
Excellent in English, TOEFL/IELTS certification or score is preferred.
Experience in mass recruitment and/or project recruitment is preferred.
Experience handling OSS, government applications, company licensing, permits, and government regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
Experience in contract/agreement administration and government relations is an advantage.
Good understanding of Indonesian employment, licensing, and general corporate regulations.
Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant online government systems.
