Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR, corporate affairs, licensing, compliance, or similar role.
• Excellent English; TOEFL/IELTS preferred.
• Experience in mass recruitment and OSS/government licensing is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Indonesian employment and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including mass recruitment for new projects.
• Maintain licenses, permits, registrations, and regulatory documents.
• Monitor OSS and government systems for licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders on licensing and regulatory matters.
• Review and input on contracts, MOUs, leases, and other legal documents.
• Manage employee relations and industrial relations per policies.
• Coordinate with external counsel on disputes and resolutions.
• Develop and support HR and HSE programs and policies.
