1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for creative and non-creative roles such as Host Live Streaming, E-commerce specialist, KOL Specialist, content creator, and support division.

2. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, introducing them to the agency’s culture and operational systems.

3. Handle HR administrative tasks including attendance, employee data, leave management, and contracts.

4. Monitor and evaluate employee performance review cycles and coordinate feedback sessions with team leads.

5. Foster a positive and dynamic work environment aligned with ecommerce culture.

6. Oversee office facilities, general operations, and ensure a comfortable and efficient workplace.

7. Manage procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and company assets.

8. Handle HR legal documentation such as employment agreements and company regulations.

9. Doing monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation data.
