Job summary

PT. NewWicker Indonesia is seeking an HR GA & SHE Supervisor to lead HR, General Affairs and SHE in a manufacturing setting. You will drive recruitment, employee relations, safety standards and cost controls with a hands-on leadership style.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HRGA/SHE, strong problem-solving and clear communication, plus a proactive mindset to improve processes and compliance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Management, Psychology, Law, K3 or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in HRGA/SHE, preferably from manufacturing.
• Experience as Senior Staff/Supervisor.
• Understanding of labour law basics, BPJS, industrial relations and K3.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Hands-on, responsible, proactive with improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, absensi, employee administration and employee relations
• Execute KPI, performance evaluation, training and employee development
• Handle discipline, industrial relations and labour compliance
• Manage facilities, vendors, operational needs and GA cost control
• Ensure K3/SHE implementation, safety inspection, APD and safety awareness
• Handle incident investigation and corrective and preventive action
• Support audit and compliance related to HR, SHE and customer requirements
• Prepare reports and improvement programs for Management
