Job summary

Duvalco Flow Technology Indonesia urgently seeks an HRGA Superintendent to lead HRGA and GA operations at our Bogor factory. You will manage IR, payroll, licensing, and competency tracking while coordinating training and certifications for critical production roles.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years in heavy manufacturing HRGA, plus 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity and strong English proficiency for reporting and expatriate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Management, or Engineering with 5–8 years in HRGA in heavy manufacturing; 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and union handling responsibilities.
• Experience in high-volume shifts, overtime management, and competency tracking (welding logs, certs).
• Experience with factory asset maintenance, vendor procurement, licenses, and environmental permits.
• Auditing exposure: API Q1 or ISO 9001 familiarity and documentation control.
• Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and English communication for reporting and expatriate docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Competency Matrix for critical production roles (welding logs, CNC, QA/QC).
• Plan, execute, and document technical training aligned with ASME/API/ISO; coordinate third‑party certs (NDT/ASNT).
• Serve as IR bridge between management and workforce; handle union grievances and PKB disputes.
• Direct recruitment for high-volume operators and specialized engineering roles for valve design/production.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, BPJS admin, and accurate monthly payroll processing.
• Oversee GA operations: maintenance, vendor management, licenses, and expat KITAS paperwork.
