Triputra Group is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and organizational structures that align with business goals.

You will oversee talent management, recruitment, learning and development, compensation, payroll, and employee benefits while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of driving HR process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HC/HR experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of strategic and operational HR management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with performance evaluation experience.
• Experience in change management and implementation of improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and government regulations.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Placement: Surabaya, East Java.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and organizational structures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent and performance management, including recruitment, learning and development, talent management, performance evaluation, rewards, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Manage employee and Industrial Relations, General Affairs operations, and the implementation of company values and culture.
• Partner with business leaders to manage and optimize manpower costs and budgets while supporting business needs.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the HRGA team while driving continuous improvement across HRGA processes and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HC/HR, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in both strategic and operational HR management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and evaluating team performance.
