Job summary

• Monitor company legal documentation, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

JOB RESPOBSIBILITIES

Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and handle audit-related matters.

Manage payroll, compensation and benefits, HR administration, and HRIS.

Handle industrial relations, employee issues, and conflict resolution.

Lead and develop the HRGA team.

Oversee general affairs, facilities, procurement, company assets, and vendor management.

Support organizational development and employee engagement.

Review and manage contracts.

Monitor company legal documentation, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or Business Administration.

Experience in HRGA operations, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and industrial relations.

Willing to work and stay on-site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun.

Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.

Must able to speak in English
