Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and handle audits.
• Manage payroll, compensation and benefits, HR administration, and HRIS.
• Handle industrial relations and conflict resolution.
• Lead and develop the HRGA team.
• Oversee general affairs, facilities, procurement, assets, and vendor management.
• Support organizational development and employee engagement.
• Review and manage contracts.
• Monitor company legal documentation, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
