Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a Japanese manufacturing client in recruiting an HRGA Manager for their Surabaya operations. The role covers comprehensive HRGA responsibilities, LKPM compliance, and environmental permits management, with payroll oversight and unions negotiations as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, has 5+ years in HRGA management within an MNC manufacturing setting, and demonstrates strong English proficiency. CVs in English only will be considered.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years experience as HRGA Manager in MNC manufacturing.
• Business level English.
• Experience with LKPM submission and management.
• Experience obtaining environmental permits and business licenses.
• Experience in payroll calculation and administration.
• Stable career.

Responsibilities

• Handle general HRGA operations comprehensively.
• Manage LKPM submission and compliance.
• Obtain and manage environmental permits and other business licenses.
• Process payroll calculations (initially automated but requires general oversight).
• Conduct negotiations with labor unions as required.
• Coordinate internal communications and mediate between management and employees.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
