Sumber Energi Pangan (SEP), part of Triputra Group, invites an experienced HR leader to drive people strategy in Surabaya. You will shape policies, organizational structure, and workforce planning to align with business goals.

In this role you will oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, payroll compliance, and employee relations. You will partner with business leaders to optimize manpower costs, develop the HRGA team, and advance company values and culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HC/HR experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of strategic and operational HR management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills; experience evaluating performance.
• Experience in change management and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to build relationships with internal and external parties.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and government regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and organizational structures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent and performance management, including recruitment, learning and development, talent management, performance evaluation, rewards, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Manage employee and Industrial Relations, General Affairs operations, and the implementation of company values and culture.
• Partner with business leaders to manage and optimize manpower costs and budgets while supporting business needs.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the HRGA team while driving continuous improvement across HRGA processes and services.
