Job summary

PT. Ekaputra Prada Indonesia is seeking an experienced HRGA Leader to manage Human Resources, General Affairs, Legal & Compliance functions.

The role involves formulating, implementing, and evaluating HRGA policies, overseeing employee administration, recruitment, onboarding, labour relations, and compliance with regulations. You will coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and consultants, manage facilities and licensing, and prepare periodic HRGA reports for Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Law, Management, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HRGA, with Manager/Supervisor experience as added value.
• Good understanding of labour matters, industrial relations, HR policy, and compliance.
• Experience with licensing administration and company legal documents is preferred.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and implement SOPs and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRGA, General Affairs, Legal & Compliance functions.
• Formulate, implement, and evaluate HRGA and company policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, disciplinary action, and employee relations.
• Ensure labour administration and company documents comply with regulations.
• Manage facilities, assets, vehicles, licensing, and office operations.
• Oversee contracts, cooperation agreements, licensing, and legal documents.
• Ensure activities comply with laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate with government agencies, consultants, vendors, and others.
• Handle labour issues and provide resolution recommendations to management.
• Prepare periodic HRGA, Legal & Compliance reports to Management.
