Job summary

PT Indocool Solusi Cemerlang is seeking an experienced HRGA & Compliance professional to manage day-to-day HRGA operations, licensing, and government reporting in Indonesia. The role covers employee administration, attendance, payroll support, and general affairs, ensuring licenses and registrations are renewed on time.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR/Management/Law, with 3–5 years in HRGA or related roles, and strong knowledge of OSS/OSS-RBA, SIINas, WLKP, and NIB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRGA or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience in HRGA, ER/IR, Legal, Company Licensing, and government reporting.
• Good knowledge of OSS/OSS-RBA, SIINas, WLKP, NIB, and other administration.
• Proven experience handling foreign worker administration, including RPTKA, visa, KITAS/stay permits, and immigration processes.
• Good understanding of Indonesian manpower law, immigration, and business licensing regulations.
• Experienced in dealing with government authorities and external consultants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HRGA operations, including employee administration, attendance, payroll support, etc.
• Manage General Affairs, including office facilities, company assets, vehicles, vendors, operational requirements, etc.
• Strong to manage company licensing and government reporting, including OSS/OSS-RBA, SIINas, WLKP, NIB, business licenses, etc.
• Ensure all company licenses, permits, registrations, and reporting obligations are valid and renewed on time.
• Handle Foreign Worker documents, including RPTKA, Visa, KITAS/Stay permits, Documentation and related immigration matters.
• Coordinate with Ministry of Manpower, Immigration Office, government authorities, consultants, vendors, and other external parties.
• Maintain HRGA, licensing, legal, and databases and expiration tracking.
• Ensure HRGA activities comply with applicable manpower, immigration, and business regulations.
• Prepare periodic HRGA and compliance reports for management.
• Support management in improving HRGA processes, policies, and operational efficiency.
