Job summary

PT. Aesthetic Home Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist / HRGA Manager to independently lead HR operations in Indonesia.

The role covers end-to-end employee lifecycle, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, structured, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, growing organization, with strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in HR Generalist/Operations/HRGA functions.
• Experience independently managing multiple HR functions or acting as main HR PIC.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, PKWT/PKWTT, BPJS, payroll and compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation, contracts, renewal, movement, and offboarding.
• Ensure HR practices, contracts, policies, and procedures comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues objectively.
• Advise management on HR risks and appropriate actions.
• Lead performance management, probation reviews, and regular check-ins.
• Lead recruitment activities and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, documentation, and controls.
• Identify gaps in HR processes and implement improvements or digital solutions.
• Maintain confidential employee data and audit trails.
• Coordinate employee engagement and internal communications; oversee general affairs.
