Responsible for managing and overseeing the Human Resources, General Affairs, and Legal functions of the company. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with company needs and applicable employment regulations, managing HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance appraisal, employee development, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration. The role also oversees General Affairs activities including management of company assets, office facilities, vehicles, security, cleanliness, vendors, and office operational needs, as well as ensuring all company documents and activities related to legality and legal compliance are conducted properly.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures according to company needs and applicable employment regulations
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance appraisal, employee development, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration
- Oversee General Affairs activities including management of company assets, office facilities, vehicles, security, cleanliness, vendors, and office operational needs
- Ensure all company documents and activities related to legality and legal compliance are conducted properly
- Handle and review company legal documents such as cooperation agreements, vendor contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents
- Coordinate with legal consultants, notaries, and external parties in resolving company legal issues
- Provide advice and recommendations to management regarding HR, GA, legal, and compliance aspects in decision-making
- Ensure the company meets required administrative obligations and licensing requirements
- Handle industrial relations issues and employment disputes with management and relevant parties
- Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of the HRGA and Legal team
About you
- Minimum S1 degree in Law, Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, GA, or Legal, with at least 3 years in a Manager position
- Understanding of Indonesian employment regulations, industrial relations, and HR administration
- Knowledge of contracts, agreements, legal compliance, company licensing, and legal documents
- Experience in managing General Affairs and company assets/facilities
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to create, review, and understand company legal documents and agreements
- Leadership capability and ability to manage and develop teams
- Meticulous, firm, responsible, with high integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Able to work independently and coordinate with management and various departments
