Job summary

PT Penta Artha Impressi is seeking an experienced HR & GA leader to oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, and general affairs across the organization in Jakarta.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in HR and GA, strong data analytics, HRIS fluency, and the ability to build compliant, efficient HR systems while maintaining harmonious employee relations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage contracts and permits, and ensure adherence to labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 8+ years of HR & GA experience; building management is a plus.
• Understanding of Recruitment, Compensation and benefits, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and General Affairs.
• Able to work with data, analyze, and solve problems using data.
• Familiarity with HRIS applications and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage manpower planning and oversee the recruitment process and employee needs fulfillment.
• Responsible for managing and developing human resources.
• Create and maintain an effective and efficient HR system.
• Process payroll, BPJS, compensation, and other benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain a harmonious relationship between the company and employees.
• Develop, evaluate, and ensure the implementation of policies, SOPs, and HR governance in accordance with company needs and applicable regulations.
• Manage activities to fulfill company legal requirements, review business contracts, and obtain all necessary permits.
• Handle employee relations and labor issues, and serve as an escalation point for HR cases requiring managerial decisions.
• Control general affairs activities, including asset management, office facilities, security, warehouses, and supporting operational needs.
• Coordinate with various internal functions, vendors, the Social Security Agency (BPJS), the Manpower Office (Disnaker), and relevant external stakeholders.
