Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced HRGA leader to oversee employee relations, general affairs, and compliance with laws and company policies in Surabaya. You will align HR strategies with business goals, driving workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement, and performance management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years in HRGA, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HRGA experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and general affairs operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HRGA in day-to-day operations including personnel administration and industrial relations.
• Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning and onboarding.
• Guide candidates and employees through their lifecycle with the company.
• Manage general affairs like building maintenance, security, and assets.
