Job summary

PT HEYRCG BISA SABI in Bali seeks an HRGA Manager to oversee HR operations and general affairs, aligning people, processes, and facilities to support business performance. The role requires leadership across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, asset control, and procurement while ensuring adherence to local regulations and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will drive talent management, vendor negotiations, and cost control, and will oversee budget planning and cross‑functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, law, management or related field.
• 5+ years combined HR and General Affairs experience, with 2–3 years in a lead/manager role.
• Proficiency with HRIS, asset tracking, procurement tools and office management software.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws, labor relations, HSE standards and licensing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews and retention strategies.
• Manage workplace investigations, resolve employee disputes and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Direct daily facility operations, office administration, security, cleaning and infrastructure maintenance.
• Oversee asset tracking, maintenance, office supplies and vehicle fleet operations.
• Manage third-party vendors, negotiate service contracts and process operational purchasing.
• Maintain Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE/K3) standards and manage permits and licenses.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets for HR and General Affairs.
