Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an HRGA leader to oversee recruitment, training, and employee development in Indonesia. You will drive performance management, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations across the organization.

Lead HR policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a collaborative, service-oriented HR culture while managing HRGA operations and employee relations with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as HRGA Assistant Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
• Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in managing HR functions in Indonesia, with strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Possess strong knowledge across HR functions, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, employee engagement, HR audits, and HRIS
• Design and implement people development programs, including training needs analysis (TNA), learning & development initiatives, and career path planning
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to improve overall employee experience
• Drive and promote a collaborative, service-oriented, and performance-driven HR culture across the organization
• Oversee end-to-end HRGA operations and ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations
• Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and evaluate HR programs to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
