1. Human Resources & Employee Relations
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with employees.
Handle employee concerns, inquiries, and workplace issues appropriately.
Manage employee attendance, leave, contracts, and other HR records.
Support the implementation and communication of company policies and procedures.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, payroll, compensation, and company information.
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll components.
Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including employee registration, changes, contribution administration, and related documentation.
Prepare payroll-related reports and documentation.
Support THR, annual bonus, salary adjustment, and other compensation-related processes.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
Job posting and candidate sourcing
CV screening
Candidate interviews and assessments
Interview coordination with hiring managers
Offer and salary negotiation
Reference checks
Onboarding
Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure daily office operations run smoothly.
Maintain and monitor office equipment, facilities, furniture, and operational supplies.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of office equipment and facilities.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, building management, and service providers.
Manage petty cash and maintain complete supporting documentation.
Check, verify, and process employee reimbursement claims.
Monitor company assets and ensure proper use and maintenance.
Support other administrative and operational needs as required.
Maintain organized and accurate HRGA records and documentation.
Prepare regular HR and GA reports for management.
Ensure HRGA processes are implemented in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Handle confidential employee and company information with a high level of discretion.
Coordinate with management on HR, employee relations, and operational matters.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience handling both HR and General Affairs.
Hands-on experience in payroll processing is required.
Experience managing BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is required.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment is required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain good relationships with employees.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee, payroll, compensation, company, and other sensitive information.
Able to communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently and take full ownership of HRGA functions with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Willing to work full-time on-site in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
Available to join as soon as possible.
