• Ensure compliance with all Indonesian labor laws and international HR best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in all key HR functions: talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HRIS, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
