Job summary

PT SANY Heavy Industry Indonesia is seeking an HR Business Partner to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and retention across the business units. You will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operations and goals, manage day-to-day HR tasks, and support mobility across Central Sulawesi units within the SANY Group.

Immediate start is a plus, and you should bring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role covering all HR functions.
• Strong understanding of business operations and how HR can drive business success.
• Willingness to be placed in Central Sulawesi (Morowali, Baoshuo etc) and open to mobility across SANY Group business units.
• Ability to start immediately is a massive plus point.
• Great communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
