Job summary

PT Sany Heavy Industry Indonesia is seeking an HR Business Partner to oversee all HR functions for the business department and align HR strategies with business goals. This role requires collaboration with business leaders and flexibility to be placed across SANY Group units, ensuring smooth daily HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven HRBP or generalist HR experience, a strong grasp of how HR drives business success, and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role covering all HR functions.
• Strong understanding of how HR can drive business success.
• Willingness to be placed in Kalimantan (East or South) area and mobility across SANY Group units.
• Ability to start immediately is a massive plus point.
• Great communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
