Job summary

The ideal candidate will have proven HRBP or generalist HR experience, a strong grasp of how HR drives business success, and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role covering all HR functions.
• Strong understanding of how HR can drive business success.
• Willingness to be placed in Kalimantan (East or South) area and mobility across SANY Group units.
• Ability to start immediately is a massive plus point.
• Great communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and retention for the business department.
• Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business operations and goals.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Be flexible and willing to be placed across different business units within the SANY Group as needed.
