Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking an HRIS Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end HRIS projects for clients, from planning and configuration through go-live and post-implementation support. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage data migration, testing, training, and documentation, and ensure solutions align with HR processes and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of HRIS/ERP/SaaS implementation experience; leadership experience of at least 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, BPJS, and PPh 21 tax processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full HRIS implementation lifecycle for clients.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate data migration, system integration, and customization with technical teams.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live readiness.
• Conduct system training and prepare user guides and SOPs.
• Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
