Job summary

SailGlobal is seeking an HRBP Support Specialist to join our North Jakarta team. You will manage HR data, maintain HR systems, and generate dashboards while supporting employee engagement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires strong data skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with HRBPs and operations leaders. Onsite work in North Jakarta is expected, with fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in operations, HRBP support or analytics.
• Strong data processing and reporting skills (Excel/Sheets).
• Experience with Bitable, Airtable, dashboards or databases is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR systems data.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and identify data discrepancies.
• Support daily HR system activities and data entry.
• Assist in employee engagement programs and events.
• Coordinate HR documentation, meetings, and communications.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and logistics leaders for accurate reporting.
