PT STUDILMU TEKNOLOGI GLOBAL is seeking a proactive HR Supervisor with strong recruitment experience to build high-performing teams aligned with our values. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, BEI, and onboarding while developing competency-based assessments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Psychology with 4–8 years in HR, including 2 years in Recruitment and 2 years as HR Supervisor. You will analyze assessments, implement KPIs, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a reputable university.
• 4–8 years total experience, with at least 2 years in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition and 2 years as HR Supervisor.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding.
• Ability to develop simple competency-based assessment tools and analyze results.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, BEI, and onboarding.
• Develop and use competency-based assessment tools and administer assessments.
• Ensure standardized psychological assessments are applied and interpreted correctly.
• Coordinate KPI implementation and performance evaluations with department heads.
• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and regulations under Indonesian law.
• Oversee employee administration, attendance, leave, payroll, and HR records.
