Job summary

PT PHC Indonesia seeks an HR Supervisor with a bachelor's degree in Law, Management, or HR and at least four years in HR. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new hires, while aligning with company policies and compliance.

The role requires fluent English, strong leadership and teamwork, and working knowledge of MS Office and HR systems. You will also manage performance development, employee relations, payroll support, and government matters, including CLA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law/Management/HR from a reputable university.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Good knowledge of MS Office.
At least 4 years' experience in HR, especially in recruitment/talent acquisition, people development, industrial relations, and payroll.
Understand HR cycle and work with diverse people.
Experience using HR systems.
BNSP certification is a plus.
Strong leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

End to end recruitment / talent acquisition process, onboarding, and new hire induction
Manage people development and training requirement including promotion and rotation
Manage industrial relation and employee relation including renewal CLA and government matter
Support for Payroll, BPJS and other welfare management
