Job summary

PT INDOCALL MITRA SERVICE in Tangerang is seeking a capable HR professional to manage daily HR operations and lead the HR team. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, including mass recruitment for collection agents and other operational roles, and ensure manpower planning aligns with project needs.

The role requires 3+ years in HR with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of payroll, BPJS and attendance, and proficiency in English for reporting. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is essential.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: 3+ years HR experience including supervisory role (Team Leader/Senior HR).
• Experience in mass recruitment and recruitment funnel management.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; able to report in English professionally.
• Proficient in payroll, attendance, BPJS, PPh21 and HR administration.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and lead the HR team.
• Handle End-to-End Recruitment and Mass Recruitment for Collection Agents and other operational positions.
• Prepare Manpower Planning and ensure manpower requirements for each project are fulfilled on time.
• Manage attendance, payroll data, employment contracts, BPJS, PPh21 and HR administration.
• Handle Employee Relations, Warning Letters, Resignations, Terminations and disciplinary matters.
• Monitor Headcount, Turnover, Attendance and manpower gaps.
• Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly HR Reports.
• Coordinate with Operations regarding manpower requirements, employee performance and manpower movement.
• Develop improvement plans for recruitment efficiency, turnover and employee retention.

Requirements

1. 1. Mandatory: Proven collection operations management experience with one of Indonesia’s Top 5 collection companies, with a demonstrated track record of leading teams to strong results, achieving top rankings in vendor performance competitions, or significantly improving team performance.
2. 2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate and report effectively in English in a professional working environment.
3. 3. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
4. 4. Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year as Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior HR.
5. 5. Experience in Mass Recruitment.
6. 6. Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll, BPJS, PPh21 and Employee Relations.
7. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
8. 8. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
9. 9. Able to work under aggressive recruitment targets and rapidly changing manpower requirements.
