Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the HR team and oversee end-to-end recruitment for collection agents and other roles. You will manage manpower planning, attendance, payroll data, BPJS, PPh21, and HR administration, while driving retention and timely reporting.

The role requires proven leadership, mass recruitment experience, and the ability to work under aggressive targets. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 3+ years HR experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role.
• Proven collection operations management experience with one of Indonesia’s Top 5 collection companies.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English in a professional working environment.
• Experience in Mass Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll, BPJS and PPh21.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and lead the HR team.
• Handle End-to-End Recruitment and Mass Recruitment for Collection Agents and other operational positions.
• Prepare Manpower Planning and ensure manpower requirements for each project are fulfilled on time.
• Manage attendance, payroll data, employment contracts, BPJS, PPh21 and HR administration.
• Handle Employee Relations, Warning Letters, Resignations, Terminations and disciplinary matters.
• Monitor Headcount, Turnover, Attendance and manpower gaps.
• Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly HR Reports.
• Coordinate with Operations regarding manpower requirements, employee performance and manpower movement.
• Develop improvement plans for recruitment efficiency, turnover and employee retention.
