Job summary

MODICO Studio is seeking an HRGA Supervisor to lead HR and GA functions, shaping a productive, compliant, and values-driven work environment. You will build HR systems (SOP, KPI, organisational structure), oversee payroll, attendance, BPJS, and contracts, and partner with management on strategic development.

The ideal candidate has a minimum S1 in Psychology, Management, or Law, at least 5 years in HRGA with 2 in supervision, solid labour-law knowledge, and a track record in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, management, law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HRGA with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Understanding of labour law, HR systems, and performance management.
• Ability to create SOPs, KPIs, and HR reports in a structured way.
• Strong leadership, communication, integrity; manufacturing experience is a plus.

As HRGA Supervisor , you will be a key person in managing all aspects of human resources and general administration (HR & GA), creating a productive, healthy, and values-driven work environment.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement HR systems (SOP, KPI, performance appraisal, organisational structure, etc.)

Conduct recruitment processes, training, and continuous employee development

Handle HR administration including payroll, attendance, BPJS, and employment contracts

Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies

Manage General Affairs activities: security, cleanliness, facilities, and work environment

Support the creation of a positive, disciplined, and results-oriented work culture

Serve as a strategic partner to management in long-term organisational development

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position

Understanding of labour law, modern HR systems, and performance management

Able to create SOP, KPI, and HR reports in a structured manner

Strong leadership, communicative, firm, and high integrity

Experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage
