Job summary

MODICO Studio is seeking an HRGA Supervisor to lead HR and GA functions, shaping a productive, compliant, and values-driven work environment. You will build HR systems (SOP, KPI, organisational structure), oversee payroll, attendance, BPJS, and contracts, and partner with management on strategic development.

The ideal candidate has a minimum S1 in Psychology, Management, or Law, at least 5 years in HRGA with 2 in supervision, solid labour-law knowledge, and a track record in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, management, law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HRGA with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Understanding of labour law, HR systems, and performance management.
• Ability to create SOPs, KPIs, and HR reports in a structured way.
• Strong leadership, communication, integrity; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR systems (SOP, KPI, organisational structure).
• Conduct recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Handle HR administration including payroll, attendance, BPJS, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
• Manage General Affairs: security, cleanliness, facilities, and work environment.
• Support management as strategic partner for long-term organisational development.
