Job summary

Danone Indonesia is seeking a Solution Owner Analyst to support HR applications and digital solutions across the organization, acting as the bridge between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure reliable, compliant systems that meet evolving business needs.

You will translate business requirements into effective system solutions, oversee end-to-end enhancements, support HR digital transformation initiatives, manage stakeholder alignment, and ensure governance and data privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS, business analysis, or application support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience coordinating system enhancements end-to-end.
• Familiarity with HR processes and HR technology.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience in multinational or complex organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability and continuous improvement of HR applications and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to translate requirements into system enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, including validation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Support HR digital transformation initiatives and change management.
• Maintain solution documentation and ensure governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to enable seamless HR operations.
