Job summary

Danone Indonesia is seeking a Solution Owner Analyst to support HR applications and digital solutions across the organization. You will act as the liaison between HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure systems are reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

You will translate business requirements into effective system solutions, manage end-to-end enhancements, and support HR digital transformation initiatives for over 10,000 employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• Experience in HRIS, business analysis, or digital transformation.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and coordinating system enhancements.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including business users and IT teams.
• End-to-end HR system enhancement management from requirements to deployment.

About The Job

Danone Indonesia is looking for a Solution Owner Analyst to support the stability, continuity, enhancement, and continuous improvement of HR applications and digital solutions across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring systems remain reliable, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs.

The position plays a critical role in translating business requirements into effective system solutions, driving process improvements, managing system enhancements end-to-end, and supporting HR digital transformation initiatives that enable seamless HR operations for more than 10,000 employees across Danone Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability, continuity, and continuous improvement of HR applications and digital solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to translate business requirements into effective system solutions and enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end system enhancement delivery, including requirement validation, testing, deployment, quality assurance, and post-implementation support.
• Support HR digital transformation initiatives, stakeholder alignment, change management, user readiness, and issue resolution.
• Maintain solution documentation and ensure compliance with governance, internal controls, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• Relevant experience in HRIS, business analysis, application support, solution delivery, digital transformation, process improvement, project coordination, or a related area.
• Experience working with HR processes or HR technology solutions is preferred.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating system enhancements, conducting testing, and supporting implementation activities.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, project teams, and external vendors.
• Experience in a multinational, shared-services, or complex organizational environment would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes, personnel administration, workforce data, payroll-related processes, benefits administration, document management, or employee self-service solutions would be an advantage.
• End-to-end HR system enhancement management, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Strong analytical, documentation, testing, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• High ownership, learning agility, attention to detail, and commitment to governance and confidentiality.
