Danone Indonesia is seeking a Solution Owner Analyst to support HR applications and digital solutions across the organization. You will act as the liaison between HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure systems are reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

You will translate business requirements into effective system solutions, manage end-to-end enhancements, and support HR digital transformation initiatives for over 10,000 employees.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• Experience in HRIS, business analysis, or digital transformation.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and coordinating system enhancements.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including business users and IT teams.
• End-to-end HR system enhancement management from requirements to deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure stability and continuous improvement of HR applications and digital solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to translate requirements into system enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of system enhancements including testing and deployment.
• Support HR digital transformation initiatives and change management.
• Maintain solution documentation and ensure governance and data privacy compliance.
