Job summary

Diageo Bali is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to be the first point of contact for HR enquiries in a busy shared services setting. You will resolve inquiries at source, guide colleagues through Workday self-service, and escalate complex issues to specialist teams as needed.

You will use Bahasa Indonesia and English to engage with stakeholders, ensure data privacy, and support the HR function with accurate documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• HR experience, preferably in Shared Services.
• Excellent customer experience delivery and communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Delivers service to agreed performance levels and beyond.
• Processes incoming calls and emails into activities and routes to teams.
• Resolves queries, conducts investigations and communicates outcomes.
• Maintains accurate notes and audit trails in the case system.
• Acts as Workday/HR tools SME and supports continuous improvement.
