Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a SDM Business Transformation Specialist 2 to drive HR technology initiatives, focusing on Workday HCMS and process optimization. You will translate complex business requirements into efficient workflows, lead system changes, and collaborate with HCBPs and CoEs to deliver digital transformation across HR platforms.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in Human Capital with HR tech focus, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work autonomously on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Capital with HR technology or systems management.
Advanced proficiency in Workday HCMS (Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Adaptive Planning preferred).
Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into optimized technical workflows and functional system configurations.
High degree of autonomy and initiative, capable of independent project execution and decision-making.
High proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Analyze human capital policies and processes to align with company goals and benchmarks.
Lead design and implementation of efficiency initiatives with stakeholders to optimize HCMS workflows.
Serve as functional expert on current and upcoming HCMS features for digital transformation.
Act as consultant to HCBPs and CoEs, advising on system capabilities and impact of changes.
Design, configure, test functional system changes and enable features to improve efficiency.
Oversee validation of system integrations, security protocols, and major releases for platform stability.
Escalate complex system issues and provide fixes and knowledge sharing.
