Job summary

PT. Waagner Biro Indonesia is seeking a proactive HR General Supervisor to oversee HR operations at our Cikande-based facility. You will coordinate recruitment, employee development, and industrial relations while driving performance and compliance with company policies.

The role requires leadership, integrity, and the ability to act as a change agent in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Willingness to be stationed in Cikande–Serang or other locations as needed by the organization.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate with minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR General Supervisor handling HR tasks (recruitment, compensation & benefits, OD, IR).
• Bachelor degree required in Law, Psychology or related field.
• Demonstrates integrity, loyalty, strong leadership and good communication.
• Willing to be a role model and agent of change, open-minded and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fulfillment of human resource needs.
• Control employee discipline.
• Coordinate Organization Development program.
• Coordinate Employee Performance Appraisal.
• Ensure implementation of Industrial Relations.
• Handle office supplies and pantry/medical stock.

Job description

As HR officials who are authorized to represent their superiors during shift work and are responsible for coordinating the implementation of company programs, especially programs from the HR Department.

Ensuring that the company's programs run according to company values, so that the company's vision and mission can be achieved.

Responsibility:

1. Coordinate the fulfillment of human resource needs.

2. Control employee Discipline.

3. Coordinating the Organization Development program.

4. Coordinate the Employee Performance Appraisal.

5. Ensuring the implementation of Industrial Relations.

7. Office Stationery (ATK), Pantry supply or Medical supply.

Requirements:

Ideally having minimal 3 years’ experience as an HR General Supervisor who handles HR task, such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, people and organization development, industrial labor relations and general affairs.

Minimal Bachelor Degree, prefeable in Law, Psychology or others

Having Integrity and loyal attitude.

Strong Leadership and Communicative person.

Commitment to be role model and as change agent.

Open minded and could implement it.

Willing to assigned to work in Cikande - Serang, or others area based on organization need.
