Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry in Bandung invites a Human Capital Business Partner to act as a strategic partner for Retail Operations, translating business priorities into people initiatives. You will lead workforce planning, drive employee experience, oversee performance management and Industrial Relations, and ensure payroll, HRIS, and data governance are accurate across multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, management, law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HCBP, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Employment Law and Industrial Relations.
• Experience in retail, distribution, or multi-location businesses is highly preferred.

Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Human Capital Business Partner function as a strategic partner to Retail Operations, ensuring that people strategies and HC services effectively support business priorities.

• Act as a strategic HC partner to Retail Operations, translating business priorities into relevant people strategies and initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, manpower readiness, and fulfillment strategies to ensure Retail Operations have the right workforce at the right time.
• Drive Employee Experience and engagement initiatives to strengthen the employee journey and support workforce retention.
• Identify competency and development needs and collaborate with relevant teams to strengthen Retail employee capabilities.
• Oversee Performance Management implementation and provide insights to improve individual and organizational performance.
• Manage Industrial Relations and Employee Relations, ensuring effective case management and compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee data management to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HC services.
• Monitor key HC and workforce metrics and translate people data into actionable insights and recommendations for Retail leaders.
• Lead and develop the HCBP team while continuously improving HC service quality, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Retail leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support organizational and business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HCBP, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles, with proven experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong experience in workforce planning, talent fulfillment, employee experience, performance management, competency development, Industrial Relations, and HR operations.
• Proven ability to work as a business partner, translating business challenges into practical people solutions.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Employment Law and Industrial Relations.
• Experience in retail, distribution, or other multi-location businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll, employee benefits, HRIS, and employee data management.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret workforce and HC data into actionable business insights.
• Willing to work on-site at PT Eigerindo MPI Head Office, Bandung.
