Job summary

PT Hon Chuan Indonesia is seeking an HR Supervisor based in KIIC, Karawang, to support daily HR operations with a focus on Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations, and HR Generalist duties. The role requires hands-on involvement across multiple plant locations in West Java.

Responsibilities include implementing engagement programs, handling employee cases, ensuring labor law compliance, and supporting HR administration and reporting. Travel to plants across West Java is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to Industrial Relations.
• Strong understanding of HR Generalist functions.
• Good knowledge of Labor Law and employee relations practices.
• Understanding of tax calculation is an advantage.
• Willing to be based at KIIC (Karawang).

Job description

As an HR Supervisor, you will support daily HR operations with a strong focus on Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations, and HR Generalist functions. This role requires hands-on involvement and the ability to handle employee-related cases directly across multiple plant locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Employee Engagement programs and initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Manage Industrial Relations, including employee cases, disciplinary processes, and coordination with related stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations.

Support HR Generalist activities, including administration, coordination, and reporting.

Understand tax calculation concepts related to employment (experience is an advantage).
Note: The company works with a tax consultant; however, internal understanding is required.

Coordinate and travel to plants across West Java when necessary to handle HR cases directly.

Prepare HR documentation, reports, and support HR Supervisor as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or related fields.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to Industrial Relations.
