Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an HR Services & Benefits Specialist to deliver efficient HR services and administer employee benefits programs. You will support employees, manage benefits such as health and life insurance, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

The role requires a degree in HR or related fields and 3–5 years in HR operations or benefits administration along with strong Excel and HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR operations, shared services, benefits, or compensation.
• Understanding of labor regulations and welfare programs.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for HR policies, benefits, and services.
• Manage onboarding, data changes, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate enrollment, changes, and termination of benefits.
• Communicate benefits policies and program updates to employees.
