Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Minimum 20 years in Human Capital in petrochemical/oil & gas or manufacturing.
• Leadership of HC Services & Employee Relations teams.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, expatriate formalities, benefits administration.
• Experience in payroll processing, HCIS, and engagement programs.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strategic mindset with ability to implement policies and improvements.
• Strong presentation and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HC Services & Employee Relations department, managing a team of HC professionals.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, attendance tracking, training rollout, and HCIS.
• Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs—retirement, insurance, wellness, and engagement.
• Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies concerning employee documentation and benefits.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other departments to support seamless integration of HC services.
• Maintain accurate and up‑date employee records and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on HC Services & Employee Relations performance to senior leadership.
