Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 7 years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Legal, and Recruitment.
• Business level English for reporting to expat.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing all HR related activities.
• Overseeing recruitment including selection process in line with requirement and management policies.
• Coordinating with all departments to ensure effectiveness of HR functions and policies.
• Managing employee administration, personal records, and HR documentations.
• Coordinating and managing employee training and organizational development (employee education, training and competency).
• Handling HR legal tasks and industrial relations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinating and maintaining communications with internal departments, government agencies, and external parties regarding legal and HR administration matters.
• Other tasks as assigned.
