Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, selection and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
• Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain recruitment, training and development records.
• Collaborate with other departments to support manpower planning and HR initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
