SOECHI Group is looking for a dedicated HR Recruitment Officer with maritime recruitment experience to join our Human Resources team in Indonesia. The role focuses on sourcing shore-based professionals for the shipping business and managing end-to-end recruitment for office-based positions.

You will leverage LinkedIn, job portals, and industry networks to identify candidates, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and build a maritime talent pool to meet current and future manpower needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
• Experience recruiting for maritime, shipping, or oil & gas industry is preferred.

SOECHI Group is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruitment Officer with experience in maritime recruitment to join our Human Resources team. We are seeking a recruiter with a strong understanding of the maritime and shipping industry, particularly in sourcing and attracting shore-based professionals with maritime backgrounds.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for office-based positions across the Group, particularly within the maritime and shipping business.
• Source and attract candidates with maritime, shipping, and vessel operations backgrounds for shore-based positions.
• Identify qualified professionals for technical, marine, fleet management, ship management, and other maritime-related functions.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and industry-specific sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct CV screening, pre-screening interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of maritime professionals for current and future manpower requirements.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for the maritime, shipping, or oil & gas industry is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and a good understanding of maritime-related job functions and industry talent pools.
• Familiarity with shore-based maritime positions, such as Technical Superintendent, Marine Superintendent, Fleet Manager, Marine Manager, and other shipping-related roles.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
