Soechi Group is seeking a Crewing Recruiter to source and register crew for tanker and LNG vessels. You will manage candidate documentation, coordinate with superintendents for interviews, and ensure compliance with STCW 2010. You will also report on crewing activities and support manpower planning.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in crewing recruitment, maritime knowledge, and strong English communication. Immediate joining or within 1 month is preferred, with experience in manning agencies

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from maritime studies.
• At least 1 year of working experience in crewing recruitment; preferably with tanker/LPG/LNG crew.
• Experience in manning agencies is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong English.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing, scouting and selecting crew based on vessel requirement.
• Making register and registering application documents of crew candidates (seaman book, certificates, medicals).
• Sending crew candidate data with competency to Marine or Technical Superintendent for early interview; ensuring documents are valid per STCW 2010.
• Preparing Crewing and Recruitment activity reports (numbers recruited/resigned, vessels, crew levels).
• Reviewing manpower planning for Deck Department and following up on crew promotions.
• Covering additional job orders as instructed by Crewing Manager.

Responsible to scouting, selecting and processing suitable crew based on Tanker, LNG vessel requirement

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :

Sourcing, scouting and selecting crew based on vessel requirement

Making register and registering application document of crew candidate including important document such as seaman book, certificate, checkup

Sending crew candidate data in accordance with competency to the Marine Superintendent or Technical Superintendent for early interview - Assisting & ensuring all documents valid as per STCW 2010

Making report of Crewing and Recruitment activities (numbers of crews recruited and resigned during report period, the vessels, crew level.)

Reviewing the ManPower Planning for Deck Department and Following up on Crew Promotions

Cover any additional job orders as and when instructed by Crewing Manager

REQUIREMENTS :

Diploma or Bachelor Degree from maritime studies

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in crewing recruitment area, preferably having experience in recruiting Tanker/ LPG / LNG Crew. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Preferably candidate with experience in manning agency

Solid knowledge of maritime laws and regulation

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding proficiency in English

Proactive with good problem-solving skills, resourceful and able to work towards deadlines with right sense of urgency

Able to join within Immediately or 1 month notice
