SOECHI Group is looking for a dedicated HR Recruitment Officer with maritime recruitment experience to join our Human Resources team in Indonesia. The role focuses on sourcing shore-based professionals for the shipping business and managing end-to-end recruitment for office-based positions.

You will leverage LinkedIn, job portals, and industry networks to identify candidates, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and build a maritime talent pool to meet current and future manpower needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
• Experience recruiting for maritime, shipping, or oil & gas industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for office-based positions across the Group, especially maritime and shipping.
• Source candidates with maritime backgrounds for shore-based roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain a maritime talent pool for current and future needs.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower.
