Job summary

Soechi Group is seeking an IT Support professional to assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, and networks. You will provide end-user support and set up workstations, while maintaining IT assets and supporting daily operations and projects.

Preferred graduates hold degrees in Computer Engineering, TKJ, IT, or Information Systems, with basic hardware, Windows, networking, and IT troubleshooting knowledge. Microsoft 365 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Computer Engineering, TKJ, IT, or information systems or related field.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
• Able to install software, drivers and peripheral devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT security is a plus.

Support for hardware & system maintenance both for office and vessel

Responsibilities :

Requirements :

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, networking, and IT troubleshooting.

Able to install software, drivers, and peripheral devices.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT security is a plus.
