Job summary

PT Karya Bahana Berlian is seeking an HR professional to drive recruitment, employee development, and performance management. You will collaborate with management to support business needs and coordinate training programs.

The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, HR administration, and process improvements to strengthen the workforce. Experience in manufacturing/automotive is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Management or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and with multiple departments.
• Experience in manufacturing/automotive is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and achieve targets.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate and monitor OJT programs and employee evaluations.
• Support performance appraisal and KPI processes for contracts, promotions, and development.
• Coordinate contract renewals and HR administrative tasks.
• Support HR process improvements to enhance HR effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to offering and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and management to understand manpower requirements and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
• Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Coordinate and monitor On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs and employee evaluations.
• Support performance appraisal and KPI evaluation processes as a basis for contract renewal, promotion, and employee development.
• Coordinate employee contract renewal processes and support related HR administration.
• Support HR process improvement initiatives to improve overall HR effectiveness.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with various departments.
• Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry is an advantage.
