Job summary

Viking Sunset Studios in Bali, Indonesia seeks an organized and proactive HRD professional to oversee recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations while promoting a positive, compliant workplace. You will handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, manage records, contracts, attendance and leave, and help develop HR policies that comply with Indonesian labor laws.

• Minimum 2 years of HR/HRD experience.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• English is a must.
