Job summary

PT Suryacipta Swadaya is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and HR operations from Karawang, West Java. The role requires managing a talent pipeline, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving employee development and performance initiatives.

Based in Karawang with travel to Subang as needed, the ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, psychology, law, or equivalent.
• English proficiency required (oral and written).
• 7+ years HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of HR functions: recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, industrial relations, HRIS, etc.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities (MPP, sourcing, screening, selection, placement, onboarding, orientation).
• Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, records, and benefits with high accuracy.
• Develop workforce planning, succession planning, and development programs to build internal mobility.
• Manage performance management, development plans, and training needs to boost productivity.

Job description

• Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including Manpower Planning (MPP), sourcing, screening, selection, placement, onboarding, and new employee orientation, ensuring manpower needs are fulfilled effectively and in a timely manner.
• Manage recruitment channels, candidate sourcing, interview and selection processes, and recruitment reporting, while ensuring a positive candidate’s experience and alignment with the company's workforce needs.
• Build and strengthen the organization's talent pipeline through structured workforce planning, development programs, and succession strategies that prepare employees for promotion and internal mobility.
• Manage performance management and employee development activities, including performance planning, monitoring, evaluation, individual development plans, and identification of training needs to support employee productivity and competency development.
• Oversee HR operations and administration, including employee records, HRIS, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies, including handling employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts appropriately.
• Support HR planning and organizational initiatives, including HR budget, manpower reporting, policy and process improvement, and other HR-related projects as required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in human resource management/ psychology/law or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English (oral and written).
• At least 7 Years of Human Resource working experience and having 2 years in managerial role.
• Having knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, industrial relation, HRIS, etc).
• Having knowledge in labor laws and other related HR regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent in data administration, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be based in Karawang, West Java, with flexibility to travel to Subang as required.
